Hi, my name is Shereen and I’m a psychological therapist working with a range of different people. There are times in all of our lives where we will feel overwhelmed and may struggle to cope with day-to-day life. We may feel low in mood, anxious, low self-esteem or just not know what to do. Therapy can be difficult but it can also provide you with the support you need to manage the difficulties you may be experiencing in life. Working together using a range of skills, I want to help you feel more in control of your thoughts, emotions and reactions. As a therapist I feel it is important for you to understand why you may be feeling the way you are. Working together, we unpick your current difficulties, understand where they might be coming from, what might be maintaining them and looking at how we can break vicious cycles. Taking the first step can be hard but I will provide you with a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your emotions and challenge your thoughts.
