I work as an integrative therapist, using a fusion of therapeutic approaches such as CBT, solution-focused, and person-centred. My approach is holistic, viewing the whole person and tailoring my approach to each client – there is no ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to therapy. I often work with clients who may have lost their confidence or direction and seek to regain control and find their voice again. The power of being heard can be truly transformational in making sense of oneself. I tend to take the view that we already have what we need within us, and we just need space to rediscover that.
