I am here to listen to you and not judge. It really is your time for you, in our sessions. I am there to support you, but sometimes that may mean looking at things differently, or in new ways. And please don’t feel ashamed – therapy is a positive experience for many people.

Who I've helped before
I have 12 clients across the age/gender spectrum. Oldest 72, youngest 17. I’ve worked with British Asian clients, too.
